Take control of your work/life balance as an MDG screening nurse.

We are currently looking for registered adult nurses with phlebotomy experience and full indemnity insurance to join our self employed nurse network; predominantly to undertake insurance screenings throughout the UK and Southern Ireland.

Our screening nurses are required to travel within an agreed radius of their homes - normally 20 miles - and commit to providing availability to conduct a minimum of 10 screenings throughout the week. Ideally applicants should be sufficiently flexible to include weekday mornings (Mon – Thurs), evenings and weekends. In return we provide full procedural training, a supportive team and the flexibility to manage your workload to fit in with your other day-to-day commitments.

Successful applicants for this role will be responsible for contacting clients, arranging and conducting appointments. The screenings include medical history, basic physical examinations and sample collections.

For communication purposes you will be equipped with electronic technology including a BlackBerry, so a basic degree of computer literacy is necessary. Full procedural training will be given.
