Our state registered foot specialists (known as podiatrists) offer a full range of podiatry and chiropody treatments at our London City Lime St clinic, using the latest techniques to help with a wide range of conditions affecting the foot and lower limb, including:
Depending on your condition, your podiatry assessment may include a biomechanical examination and gait analysis (video where necessary) and/or running analysis. Stretching and strengthening exercises along with orthoses (3D insoles) may be prescribed. Footwear assessment and advice may also be given.
For skin and nail conditions you will have a 30 minute consultation with one of our podiatrists in which you will be fully assessed and the various treatment options are discussed. Where further treatment is required 30 minute follow up appointments can be arranged (although certain conditions can be dealt with in 15 minute dressing appointments).
Gill Watterson, podiatrist at our London City clinic, is a fully-qualified state registered podiatrist. Gill is registered with the Health Professions Council and is a Member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists. She is skilled in routine chiropody including corn and callous removal, treatment of ingrown toenails, other nail deformities and verrucas; as well as in biomechanical assessment of the foot and lower limb and prevention and treatment of foot problems through the prescription of custom made orthoses.
Podiatry and chiropody consultations can be booked at our Lime Street clinic (London City, EC3M 7HR). To book an appointment call 0845 379 3030 or email limestreet@wearemdg.com
